Starting Point
Our appointment process is simple, please fill in our contact form to request a fitting and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
To create your perfect wedding dress, up to three fittings are required, but you only need to book the first one. If you decide to work with us, we'll schedule your remaining appointments together.
When is the Best Time to Book Your Appointments?
We recommend bringing your wedding dress to us three months before the wedding, sooner if possible. Scheduling your first fitting three months before your wedding date is ideal and it allows us enough time to complete all necessary alterations and allows you to have multiple fittings to ensure your complete happiness. You can still schedule an appointment if you receive your dress more than three months in advance of your wedding date. We can try and accommodate last-minute alteration requests.
***To guarantee a perfect fit, we'll schedule your final fitting closer to the date of your wedding.
First Fitting: What to Expect
During your first appointment with us, our experienced team will take the time to understand your preferences and vision for your wedding gown. We will carefully measure and examine your dress to determine any necessary alterations. Once all details are confirmed, the cost of the service will be provided to you.
If you decide to move forward with our services, our team will work diligently to tailor your dress to meet your specific requirements.
We'll also discuss and arrange a second fitting appointment that best fits your schedule and availability.
Continuing Your Fitting Journey: What to Expect at Your Second and Third Appointments
During the second fitting, you'll get to see your dress in action and request any necessary changes. If any modifications are required, we'll take care of them at this stage.
Once the second fitting is complete, we'll schedule a third fitting for the delivery of your dress. It's highly recommended that you try on your dress before leaving our studio to ensure a perfect fit. If any further adjustments are needed we will go the extra mile and we'll set up another appointment. We are committed to providing excellent bridal alteration services that meet your expectations.
The Items You Should Bring with You
Please bring the shoes you plan to wear on your wedding day to your fitting appointments. If you haven't purchased your wedding shoes yet, please bring a similar pair with the same heel height to ensure the dress length is accurate.
If you're planning to wear shapewear on your wedding day, it's important that you bring it to all your fitting appointments.
Costs for Our Services
Our consultation ensures that you're fully informed about the alterations and the associated costs before we begin any work. With our commitment to your satisfaction, you can be confident that your wedding dress will be altered to perfection without any surprises.
Before alterations begin you will need to put down a 50% deposit for the services and the remaining deposit needs to be paid before gown collection.
